Dolls and plush toys are made to order. Returns are only accepted on an individual basis, please inquire before placing order.

No returns on custom orders.

RETURN POLICY MUDDY PUDDY AND BOOKS

Muddy Puddy and Books can be returned up to 5 days after you receive the item, provided it is in satisfactory condition and with prior authorization.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Once the item is returned, and provided it is in the same condition as when shipped, Halo Toys will refund the full cost of item less total of shipping and handling charges.
